Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
The ultimate efficiency of your home is determined by many factors, some of which are beyond our control. As such, we work to provide you with the tools necessary to operate your home with the highest efficiency possible, with minimum effort on your part. That said, we cannot guarantee performance results. If you take hour long steaming hot showers every day, it is inevitable that you will use more energy than someone who takes cold 5 minute showers. To provide you the most accurate predictions possible of your expected energy, water, and resource consumption, we incorporate your existing consumption habits into our estimates to the best of our abilities. We also use historical weather and climate data to design your home. Of course, actual weather conditions and climate patterns for your specific project location are beyond our control may vary significantly from the past norms.
